Personal Insights Profile
A DISC-based Training Instrument
William Moulton
Marston and DiSC Theory
The Personal Insights Profile was designed to
help people identify their behavioral work style and use the
acquired knowledge to improve their style of interacting with
other styles of behavior.
The Profile uncovers four types of behavior:
D - Dominance - Challenge
- How you respond to problems or challenges
I - Influence - Contacts - How you influence
others to your point of view
S - Steadiness - Consistency - How you
respond to the pace of the environment
C - Compliance - Constraints - How you
respond to rules and procedures set by others.
Once the behaviors are identified, respondents
are led to graphs with narratives explaining their particular
style of behavior. This information can then be used in additional
training for communication skill building, supervisory/management,
customer service and team building.
The Personal Insights Profile, combined with
the Managing For Success Reports, is a complete
training package which can be massaged to meet all training
initiatives.
